not, my life daily not is tense and stressful, could tell that certain situations or moments I generate stress as it are the amount of work in the University, them partial them exhibitions etc.. stress can be reduced by making good use of the time well distributing activities is carrying out an agenda that will guide you in the implementation of the activities, listen to music, interact more with your friends and visit psychologist and practice exercise and good nutrition.
with regard to the theory of the stress I seems that is useful, and all them actions that this presents to combat it or reduce it are viable because allow to the person give is has of that the stress has causes, consequences and possible solutions.
And finally I think that the idea that stress is a motivating agent to be increasingly better is subjective since stress can generate irreversible damages both physically and psychologically.

1) Sometimes it is tense and stressful since studying at the university has been an enormous challenged for me specially when I do not understand a topic or something doesn't going on as I expected. Besides, I recognize that, being a professional and a competent person in the globalized world is difficult but not impossible so that I will do my best to finish my carreer and make my dreams come true

2) I consider that, the “STRESS” theory is very helpful because it provides us real life situations in which stress is part of their daily also it mentions some strategies we can routire take into consideration in order to deal with any stressful moment in our day.
And the easiest action for me to practice is “sleep” because I really consider that, sleep well help my body to be relaxed and in shape. Actually, I love sleeping and it is also healthy, if I get a good night's sleep I will practice the other tips such as smiling, working out in order to reduce and release STRESS.
3)Some people believe stress makes them to perform beber. But that's rarely true. Research consistently shows the opposite that stress usually causes a person to make more mistakes ( Krans 2016)
According to the author, I think that stress is related to ankiety irritability, and anger which affect our emotions , body and performances in a negative way. As a way of conclusión, stress affects ourselves and people around us so that it is not a motivating force to drive me to do better

1-In my daily life there are a few days more esthetic than others, I like to exercise and play with my dog to relax, I usually exercise in the morning to be active all day.
2-Sometimes the theory can be good, and the easiest action is the alarm, to detect the changes in the body is the most important, to change habits that reduce the stres.
3-When there is stress there is pressure, this can serve to do the activities in the shortest time, if I stress for something that I must do, the faster I do the faster the stress is removed.

No, my everyday life not is tense and stressful, maybe in exams time, but in general I live a quiet life.
I think that the stress theory is important and helps to recognize the solutions about daily problems,Also shows how to deal with the problems that may cause the stres.
Maybe for many people is better working under pressure but personally, I do the things better when I am stress free.

I think that my life is tense and stressful in some moments, because I trying to relax in all part of my life, but is very difficult for me, for my responsibilities and my social work, because when they join us is a stressful.
And I reduce the stress with a good attitude, a cup of tea o coffee and a big smile.

I think that the 'STRESS' theory don´t help me to reduce the stress or not all, because this theory has bad items for me, for example the “expectations”, for me is very conformist.
And the easiest practice is the smile, is a chain action and you have to pass this.

I think that is false, terrible and bad because the stress is bad for the health, furthermore it exist other motivations for to be better.

So so, I only stress when I perform tasks that I find difficult to perform such as technical drawing, as I hate compas. I always seek to have as much time in the world as possible

Yes, the easiest thing to practice is S 'Smile' since smiling makes you feel happy and that everything is going to be well, and the action I have always practiced is the R 'Relax' I always do all the work On weekends to rest and enjoy my free time during the week.

I think that it is true, I always think that I work better under pressure, since I take better advantage of every minute, and the time in which I must perform each task, so I always do the weekends

1. My life is not stressful, I try to be relaxed. I reduce the stress when walk, play games, talk with the people because this entertain me, take a walk with my pet and sleep.

2. For my the “STRESS” theory is helpful because not all the people know to handle the stress. The actions that are most easiest for my are the “R” relax how ride the bicycle and “S” Sleep because I recede of the problem and helps to free the mind.

When I stress I like to sleep and be calm to feel better, also like to read and be silent.
